Sales Representative – Las Angeles Territory

job description:

RWB is looking for a results-driven and qualified sales representative to develop, maintain and service long term relationships with RWB clients and partners in Las Angeles. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and engagement. Our Sales Reps work closely with our Operations team to communicate inventory needs.

Accountabilities:

  • Ensure customer retention through delivery of exceptional service and proactive support
  • Primarily commission based on net sales.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of cannabis industry.
  • Possess good listening and communication skills. Applies skill sets professionally.
  • Ability to understand common trade math practices (i.e., grams, fractions, pounds).
  • Responsible for sales and customer experience.
  • Develops positive relationships with clients, follow leads, and generate referrals.
  • Passionate to learn and apply his/her industry education with all retail clients.
  • Ability to work flexible schedule; ability to work some weekends, if necessary.
  • Service weekly up to 50 clients and can provide weekly quota
  • Track your daily activities, cold calls, and drop-ins
  • Develop effective and high-yielding relationships with clients
  • Educate dispensaries and budtenders on our quality cannabis products
    Attending social events to expand your network in the industry
  • Provide reports and updates weekly to the Sales Manager and team
  • Take over existing accounts with intention to increase their sales
  • Working with Sales Manager and your Brand Ambassadors to plan and execute promotional demos at dispensaries

  • You will be the point of contact for buyers at dispensaries
  • Must be extremely self-motivated and set own schedule with intention and discipline
  • Excellent social skills – ability to be professional, as well as at comfortable in cannabis culture.
  • Should be trained on Cannabis regulations and products.
  • MUST HAVE ESTABLISHED CANNABIS RETAIL CONNECTIONS
  • The perfect candidate must be located in the San Diego area.

qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Must reside in available territory assignment (Las Angeles)
  • Minimum of (2) years of cannabis sales experience required.
  • MUST HAVE ESTABLISHED CANNABIS RETAIL CONNECTIONS
  • Must have a current driver’s license and a good driving record
  • Reliable transportation and capabilities to travel are required.
  • 75% travel required
  • Former Brand Ambassador experience or retail experience prior to wholesale experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of cannabis industry.
  • Must have cannabis sales to dispensary experience.
  • Can service weekly up to 50 clients and can provide weekly quota in resume
  • Understanding of reports and have ablity to adequately use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Primarily commission based on net sales.
  • Must be able to pass all background check requirements.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
